Become an Insurer Partner
Oathmark customers can choose to share specific, itemized AI-governance data points with an insurer partner in exchange for underwriting or pricing consideration — nothing is shared without the customer's explicit, itemized consent. This page collects applications from carriers and MGAs who want to become an approved Insurer Partner. Oathmark reviews every application before any customer can link an account to your organization.
How it works
Oathmark customers run continuous AI-governance monitoring across their AI tool stack. Once approved as an Insurer Partner, your organization can be linked by name inside a customer's Oathmark account. The customer then reviews an explicit, itemized consent screen — not a blanket toggle — and chooses exactly which governance fields to share with you (e.g. an overall governance score, or a training-completion rate). Oathmark logs every read of shared data so both you and the customer have a full access history.
This program does not create an insurance relationship, quote, or binder. It is a data-sharing arrangement between Oathmark, the customer, and your organization, governed by an Insurer Data License Agreement executed after admin approval.
Access tiers
- Portal. View consented fields for your linked policyholders inside the Oathmark Insurer Portal dashboard. No API access.
- API. Everything in Portal, plus a scoped API key for programmatic pulls of consented fields into your own underwriting systems.
Oathmark assigns your tier and the specific fields your organization may ever request during admin review. Individual customers can only consent to a subset of that allowlist.

FAQ
What data would we receive?
Only fields an individual customer explicitly consents to share, drawn from a fixed set of AI-governance metrics (e.g. an overall governance score, training-completion rate). Oathmark does not share raw device logs, AI prompt content, or employee identities.
Is this a quoting or binding integration?
No. The Insurer Partner Program is a consented data-sharing channel, not a quoting, rating, or binding system. Any use of shared data in your own underwriting workflow is your organization's responsibility.
How is access controlled?
Every organization is reviewed and approved by Oathmark before any customer can link to it, and every data read is logged. Oathmark can suspend or deactivate an Insurer Partner's access at any time.
Portal vs. API — which tier do we get?
Oathmark assigns tier and allowlisted fields at approval based on your application and the executed Insurer Data License Agreement. Reach out to partnerships@oathmark.ai if you have specific integration requirements.
